About Stasor The Stasor (the acronym of "Scientific and Technological Association of Self-Organized Researchers") is a non governmental, and non-profit association. It provides information for young researchers around the world to improve their career faster and in a more efficient way. It also provide a scientific environment for the researchers from developing countries to keep contact with other and other researcher from developed countries. History of Stator
The idea of Stator has
been around for a long time. During the last years of 20th century the
improvements in internet and telecommunication lead the people to
advertise and acquire the job information over the internet. In the
developing countries, where the collaboration and research is not well
established, the professors are not well updated. The elder ones are
usually unable to guide the students with the recent technology and
communication means. The students who want to continue their study and
those who seek jobs need to collect the experiences from the beginning. We
decided to provide an environment for discussion, and the new generation
able to enquire the information faster. Since 2005, the scientific groups
of stasor in the fields of Physics, simulation, and photonics are active.
The website of Stasor founded in 2006. Stasor provide the possibility to its member to introduce themselves, by providing their online interactive Curriculum Vitae (CV). Based on the information which each member provides, they will receive job/ project opportunities or other tips. |
